hotline

for frontline workers

A peer-to-peer support hotline, created specifically for frontline workers. Connect with someone who has lived, vetted experience in your field or a related one — someone who truly gets it. Whether you're navigating grief, burnout, frustration, or just need to vent, we're here to listen.

This is not therapy, counseling, or mentorship — think of us more like a friend who understands your world and might be able to help in ways others can't.

HER hotline prioritizes peer-led and community-driven care for frontline workers. We want to center people often excluded from mainstream "wellness" and burnout recovery spaces. We aim to challenge individualistic self-care narratives, focusing on collective care as a form of resistance.
